- All prints are copyright of photography by: Sharee Schock, and it is illegal to copy, scan, download and/or print images.
- Schock Photography reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright.
- All images are copyrighted by Schock Photography, even those you purchase.
- Copying, scanning or reproducing images without a print release is strictly prohibited.
- Print-screening images from this website is also against the law.
- All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable.
- Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your session. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued.
- By hiring Schock Photography, you agree to these terms.re the property of photography by: Sharee Schock whom reserves the right to use any image (or variations of the image) for promotional and advertising usage including, but not limited to, marketing materials and displays, online use, trade, and portfolio use.
- Client is responsible for fees related to location choice (parking, admission, etc.); travel up to 30 miles round-trip from is included; contact me for rates on additional time/travel.
- Your Gallery images will be kept on file for 60 days once gallery is delivered. All Print Orders/Credits must be ordered in that time.
- Prices are subject to change at any time, however, prices are locked in at your time of booking.
- Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are Final.
